Consultation & Procedure Fees

  • Consultation fees vary based on the specialist and service provided. You will be informed of the exact fee during the appointment booking.
  • Charges for procedures such as Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), Electromyography (EMG), and EEG will be explained prior to the test.
  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit cards, or UPI. Insurance coverage may apply based on your provider and plan.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • This policy allows us to accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.

Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled based on availability. Please contact us by phone or through our online portal.
